HELLO FRIENDS, I am not an organized person!
There's a good chance if Jesper has promised you clothes and I didn't get it right away, then I probably forgot. Luckily, that's also IC for Jesper.
BUT, why don't we make this a little easier, and also give a place you can link your outfit from.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE THREADED OUT WITH JESPER TO MAKE A REQUEST. It's fun and we can do that (I LOVE doing that), but this can also be handwaved.

What do they want? Jesper can do clothes and simple, mechanical and non mechanical weapons.
Can they supply materials? Cloth, metal, plastic, etc.
What are they trading? Jesper usually suggests a favor. But he always accepts food, hunting partners, new materials or secrets/gossip/videos of hilarious stuff.

What are they trading? She can offer to collect extra materials, to be a hunting partner, and because this is prompted by an effect that has her want to dress up and flirt, some very unpracticed flirting.
Aloy's angling for a light outfit that A) shows off the arms and midriff, and B) isn't terrible for running around in. She'll have bothered Hunter to pull memory photos of Carja fashion as reference and inspiration for the kind of style she has in mind, though she's not really angling for replication. (for one thing, she can provide plenty of cloth, but the leather and metal that goes into a lot of her world's fashion is. Harder.)
